How to Make Mexican Shredded Beef Tacos
My favorite cut is a chuck roast, which may also be labeled as a shoulder roast, brisket is another great choice for shredded beef.
The slow cooker does all the work in this recipe, just add ingredients and cook on low heat (8-10 hours) or high heat(4-6 hours).
When the roast is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred the meat. I just grab 2 forks and shred the roast. Return to slow cooker juice and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
