The ingredients are simple and easy to find in your local grocery store.
- Mexican Crema (Mexican crema is similar to crème fraîche: it's a little runnier and tastes even tangier) or sour cream
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Pineapple Tidbits - Pineapple chunks if you prefer
- Apples - Granny Smith, Gala, Envy, Fuji, and Honeycrisp are the best choices.
- Pecans - Walnuts, and Almonds can be used.
- Raisins - Craisins can substitute for raisins
- Coconut
- Maraschino Cherries
In a medium-sized bowl, add the crema, sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and pineapple juice from the can. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
