Easy Grilled Shrimp Tostadas

Grilling gives these shrimp tostadas a boost of smoky flavor. They are light, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Super easy to make and a quick weekday meal– you’re going to love these grilled Shrimp Tostadas.

 






Serve these up with a gorgeous fresh side salad or accompanying dish for the ideal minimal effort, maximum taste dinner.

For This Recipe you will Need:
  • Refried Beans - Store-bought or homemade
  • Shrimp - Medium-sized, peeled & deveined
  • Tomatillo Salsa verde - Store-bought or homemade
  • Cheese - Shredded Quesadilla, or Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Onion - White or red onion, diced
  • Garlic Salt







Making Shrimp Tostadas


🍤Season shrimp lightly with garlic salt. Grill shrimp on skewers on an outdoor BBQ, or indoor grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
🍤Spoon warm refried beans on the Tostada shell, and spread a thin layer of beans on the shell.
🍤Next, sprinkle cheese (about a tbsp) on top of the beans. 
🍤Next place each shell on a foiled lined baking sheet. Place in preheated oven 350°F for 2 minutes, just so the cheese can melt. Remove each shell with a spatula, and place it on a serving plate.
 🍤Top with diced onions, shrimp, and tomatillo salsa. Serve with rice.
